Steel pipe standard for anti-acid pipeline
China’s national standard
Purpose: It is applicable to the high-quality anti-acid pipelines and pipes containing corrosive medium environment, such as H2S,CO2, H2S+CO2 and chlorine ion; the purified steel materials are collocated to maintain a low sulfur and phosphate content, effectively control residual elements and oxidized elements and make a reasonable control of content and role of alloy elements such as Cr,Mo,Ni in the steel. It can not only upgrade the properties, but also guarantee the steel rigidity, corrosion resistance, mechanical property, hardness, fracture tenacity, fatigue resistance, welding feasibility and anti-cracking property; it is applied in the above-ground collection and transmission pipes and subsea collection and transmission pipes.

Annotations:
1. The test method can be selected according to the client’s specific requirements.
2. In HIC test, the wall thickness (T) is confirmed according to the wall thickness of sampling steel pipe.
3. In the standard bending test, the specimen dimension is as follows: 4.57 ± 0.13mm (0.180±0.005in) in width; 1.52±0.13mm (0.060±0.005in) in thickness; 67.3±0.13mm (2.65±0.05in) in length.
