The ZDLPF46 electric fluorine lined control valve is generally lined with PTFE (F46) fluoroplastics. Due to its inherent special properties, it has the following characteristics in terms of product installation, maintenance and repair: 1. The flange cover plate of fluorine lined control valve cannot be disassembled at will. Unless it is ready to be connected to the pipeline, the PTFE flange surface may be damaged or distorted due to temperature difference and foreign matters, which may affect the sealing. If the cover plate is moved due to inspection needs, the cover plate must be reset quickly after inspection to protect the PTFE flange surface from damage. 2. When the valve lining fluoroplastic sealing surface is connected with the pipeline, the gasket is generally not used separately, but when it is connected with the flange surface of different materials (metal surface, etc.), the appropriate gasket shall be used to protect the PTFE flange surface. 3. If the fluorine lined control valve leaks at a high temperature during system use, the system temperature should be reduced to room temperature first, then the cause should be found out and the valve should be repaired. 4. It is not allowed to do any high-temperature welding on valves and pipe fittings to avoid permanent damage to the lining layer.
