With the progress of social civilization and the development of science and technology, material chemistry has also developed rapidly. New inorganic materials are increasingly used in daily life. Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), as a new inorganic non-metallic material, is widely used.
The inner tube is a uniform size tube made of dispersed PTFE resin. The inner wall is smooth and free of defects and impurities. The reinforcing layer is evenly arranged on the outside of the inner tube through stainless steel wire with a strength of not less than 2000MPa. There can be one, two or three layers to provide sufficient strength.
However, the steel wire is not allowed to have broken or leaked wires, and part of the steel wire is allowed to overlap. The bending radius is measured according to the bending radius of the hose axis. The static bending radius is the bending radius allowed for the hose to work under one bending. The dynamic bending radius is the bending radius allowed for the hose to work under repeated bending. The quality inspection of PTFE pipe is related to whether the pipe meets the standards and requirements and the safety problems in construction application, so it is extremely important to do a good job in the quality inspection of PTFE pipe fittings.
Polytetrafluoroethylene pipe is a thermoplastic PTFE/F4 pipe with carbon steel pipe as the base and steel lining with excellent chemical stability. It fully adopts advanced science and technology to integrate the steel plastic pipe. The pipe fittings (including elbows, tees, crosses, reducers, etc.) are all formed by rotational molding, without any plastic welds, which makes the product more reliable and provides reliability for splash free transportation.
In terms of engineering application, the quality requirements of PTFE pipes and fittings shall meet the following requirements: 1. The appearance shall be flat and smooth without obvious unevenness. The flange faces at both ends of the pipe shall be flat and the flange holes shall be aligned. 2. The lining PTFE material shall be free of pinholes, cracks and impurities. 3. PTFE pipes and fittings shall be made in strict accordance with the specified size, and the product length error shall not be greater than 3mm. 4. The thickness of PTFE pipe and pipe fitting lining layer is 3mm. 5. The lining layer of PTFE pipe shall be closely connected with the inner wall of steel pipe without looseness. 6. Polytetrafluoroethylene pipe shall be delivered with product certificate, material certificate, electric fire test report, etc. 7. The pipe size and length shall be as accurate as possible during processing, and negative deviation control shall be adopted, and positive deviation is not allowed.
The qualified polytetrafluoroethylene pipe not only has the mechanical strength performance of the steel pipe, but also has the advantages of polytetrafluoroethylene, such as corrosion resistance, no scaling, no growth of microorganisms, and the purity of the transmission medium. In the transportation process, it is efficient, energy-saving and safe, which can bring more benefits to users.
